Hament is a Senior Solution Architect that has extensive hands-on experience with distributed computing design and development. Hament has proven ability to understand availability, scalability and performance criteria in a highly distributed and complex system environments. Hament has an established track record in articulating architecture concept and requirement as well as drafting design documents for large scale projects. Hament is experienced with object oriented analysis and design, use case methodology and modeling tools.
Hament is well versed in working with cross-functional teams and clients to propose, design/develop and implement Object Oriented architectures; advocate usage of, and ensure alignment to enterprise-wide and application architecture principles, standards, and best practices. Hament is a technical leader in each project he is engaged in, to facilitate cross-functional-team joint design discussions, to advocate architecture solution, and to guide multiple teams to follow architecture designs.
Prior to joining Binary Parcels Team, Hament was responsible for a wide range of activities throughout System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). From analyzing new business initiatives architecture needs, recommending solutions, integration strategies, analyzing existing application architectures, detecting critical deficiencies, to recommending solutions for improvement. Hament also has 8 years of data warehousing experience including functional requirements writing, user acceptance testing, data modeling, ETL practices and querying RDBMS using SQL. Chad has over 15 years of management and sales experience with a background in Marketing, Banking and Finance. This enables him to fully understand and demonstrate your various options and return on investment. Chad’s ability to grasp the networking and communication needs within a business will enable Binary Parcels to significantly enhance your business's technology capabilities and to expand your growth at a speed with which you are comfortable. Chad holds a Management Degree from Minnesota State Moorehead.

Jeffrey Toewe
Mr. Toewe originally created Binary Parcels in 1999 as a means to help friends and family with their various web site needs. The business grew organically, serving clients in the US and UK. This growth has accelerated in recent years as the team and its resources grow. Binary Parcels has become a well-established, trusted source of sophisticated, professional Information Technology solutions.
Jeff believes that IT is not just about technology, but that successful solutions require a relationship with the people using the systems, and greater understanding of the their needs.
Jeff has led the development of many successful private and commercial web applications. He has expertise in Search Engines, Portals, and Content Management / Document Management systems. Prior to creating Binary Parcels, Jeff worked in banking / financial services and mobile telecommunications, developing Sales Force Automation solutions, Data Warehousing, and OLAP reporting using the Business Objects and MicroStrategy suites. He developed the architectural standards for a Fortune 100 firm's Intranet, authoring metadata standards, enterprise taxonomy for categorization of information, and served as the Verity / Autonomy K2 Enterprise system architect.
After working in mobile telecommunications for several years, Jeff took role as CIO / Technology Director of Cinergy International, a global intelligence / decision support firm that delivers solutions to global communications firms. Through this role Jeff helped secure business relationships with multiple global mobile network operators, and provides consulting services to various companies in North America and the United Kingdom.
Recently, Jeff has taken on the challenge of selling and building solutions for enterprise clients with Air2Web, a leading SMS messaging aggregator based in Atlanta, and works with several segment-leading firms in the mobile marketing and content delivery field.
Jeff holds a B.A. from St. Joseph’s University, and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University. He also holds a certificate in Competitive Intelligence from Drexel University.
